What to consider for low-end PCs
All though recommended requirements work, some players find the game sluggish when it has lots of expansions and mods from 10 upwards and even less than 10 when running on minimum requirements it may stutter. CPU matters a lot THE SIMS 4 is CPU Heavy.
Intel HD graphics or UHD is supported but it depends on the version. It lags on old Intel HD 520/620 30–45FPS best case on low settings, large households,= lag, many DLCs, noticeable slowdown which means playable but not smooth and may affect experience.
Intel UHD 620/630 8th Gen+ OR better is actually smooth on low and medium settings but lags with mods, expansion and high settings.
The game is not GPU heavy but older GPUs lack driver support which may cause it to crash. Intel HD shares RAM which means less performance because weak GPUs will use more of RAM and may cause the game to stutter and lower FPS. New Intel (UHD/Iris) is Descent.
